CANCELLATIONS:                    The buyer may not cancel an order without the consent of the seller which if given shall be deemed to be on the express condition that the buyer shall indemnify the Seller against all loss arising out of cancellation

PRICING:                                  Currency quoted: AUD $ AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS

GST:                                         Prices quoted: EXCLUDE GST

DELIVERY:                               Local and interstate delivery by DHL EXPRESS invoiced at cost or use courier/freight forwarder as nominated and paid for by the customer

VALIDITY:                                Prices are open for acceptance for 30 DAYS only unless otherwise advised in writing

AVAILABILITY:                        Confirmed in written quotation and re-confirmed at time of order

TERMS OF PAYMENT:               Net cash prior to delivery or 30 days net from date of invoice subject to satisfactory established credit arrangements. Payment can be made by Company Cheque, EFT or Credit Card: VISA and MASTERCARD. Company bank - WESTPAC BANKING CORPORATION - Account details to be confirmed at time of order.
