TRADING TERMS
CANCELLATIONS:
The buyer may not cancel an order without the
consent of the seller which if given shall be deemed to be on the
express condition that the buyer shall indemnify the Seller against all
loss arising out of cancellation
PRICING:
Currency quoted: USD $ US DOLLARS.
FREIGHT:
International
shipments by DHL EXPRESS or
DHL GLOBAL
FORWARDING invoiced at cost or alternatively use courier/freight forwarder as
nominated and paid for by the customer. Local import duties and taxes to be paid locally by the
customer.
VALIDITY:
Prices are open for acceptance for 30 DAYS only unless otherwise advised
in writing
AVAILABILITY:
Confirmed in written quotation
and re-confirmed at time of order
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
TELEGRAPHIC
TRANSFER of FUNDS prior to shipment of goods. USD $ payment
transferred to account at WESTPAC BANKING
CORPORATION in AUSTRALIA, details to be
confirmed at time of order. We also accept the following major credit
cards: VISA and MASTERCARD.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our terms and conditions
of sale shall apply
WARRANTY:
Standard 12 MONTHS from DATE OF SHIPMENT or as
stated in QUOTATION
